These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of roofwithandrei.com (the "Site") and the services offered through it. The Site is operated by Castravet Inc, a Florida corporation ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Roof with Andrei. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Important: Roof with Andrei is a marketing and lead-generation service operated by Castravet Inc. We are not a roofing contractor. We do not perform inspections, estimates, insurance-claim filing, or roofing work ourselves.
All roofing inspections, insurance claim assistance, and roof replacement services advertised through this Site are performed by our licensed Florida partner, Weststar Roofing and Construction, LLC (FL Certified Roofing Contractor License #CCC1334129). Andrei Castravet is an authorized sales representative for Weststar Roofing and Construction, LLC.
The Site offers a free qualification quiz that estimates, based on your answers, the likelihood that your Florida home may have insurance-covered roof damage. If you submit your information, we will contact you to schedule a free inspection with Weststar Roofing and Construction, LLC.
The qualification score produced by the quiz is an informational estimate only. It is not a guarantee that:
Coverage and claim outcomes depend entirely on your insurance policy, your carrier's determination, the findings of a licensed inspection, and applicable Florida law.
By using the Site, you represent that:
By submitting your phone number or email on the Site, you consent to receive communications (including phone calls, text messages, and emails) from Castravet Inc, Andrei Castravet, and Weststar Roofing and Construction, LLC regarding your roofing inquiry. These messages may include customer care updates, appointment scheduling, service confirmations, and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 8 messages per month per recipient.
How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, sign up again on the Site and you will start receiving messages again.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier apply to each message sent or received. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text-messaging plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider directly.
Supported carriers and carrier liability: The SMS service is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless-service provider and is outside of our control. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the accuracy of the content of messages.

Any agreement you enter into with Weststar Roofing and Construction, LLC or your insurance carrier is solely between you and that party. Castravet Inc and Roof with Andrei are not parties to those agreements and do not guarantee their performance. Any disputes regarding inspection, workmanship, or insurance must be addressed directly with the contracting party.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Castravet Inc, Andrei Castravet, and Roof with Andrei are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on qualification scores, or outcomes of inspections or insurance claims conducted by third parties. Total liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
All content on this Site — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by Castravet Inc or used with permission and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
